Sensei Paul Davies (3rd Dan)
Paul has been training in Karate since being introduced to (Wado Ryu), in 1974, started to train in Shotokan whilst working in London in 1985, joining I.S.K. under the guidance of the legendary Sensei Pauline Bindra. Also a nationally qualified referee. He also holds a current national coaching/instructors qualification.

Friday 5.30pm- 6.30pm Under 11's, 6.30- 7.30pm Under 18's and 7.30pm-9pm Seniors
plus Individual Sessions are available.
